All hotel rooms are assigned during on-site registration. If you want to room together, you must go through on-site registration together. Everyone pre-registered is guaranteed a room at the conference, and we make every effort to give you a room with your friends. However, as more rooms are filled, it is more difficult to fill all roommate requests. Get there early to get a room with friends.
